The MNK Legacy Project

Makenna Nicole Karmie overflowed tangible, transformational love. Known for befriending the outcasts and advocating for the marginalized, Makenna’s strong convictions and unwavering friendship made a big difference in her twenty years on earth.

And despite her physical absence, Makenna’s legacy only continues to grow.  

The MNK Legacy Project was started in honor of this beloved, inspirational friend. Mirroring the life of Makenna, who came alongside the unlikely and poured in, the MNK Legacy Project exists to come alongside individuals, programs, and organizations which promote the building and strengthening of underserved communities and peoples.

The MNK Legacy Project partners with individuals, programs, and organizations to build and strengthen under-supported communities through financial, educational, and promotional resources. 

Our mission is to empower local individuals, programs, and organizations with resources to deepen their impact to underserved and in-need communities. 

Our vision is to extend Makenna’s loving, active presence into a variety of causes, showing Christ’s love to diverse communities in tangible, impactful ways. 

Makenna’s legacy didn’t stop with her, and it doesn’t stop with her legacy project. It is growing each and every day–and YOU can be a part of it!
